Some reviews mentioned that the restaurant staff could benefit from training on customer service and cleanliness.

Spent my Easter here! Friendly staff and ideal location. Loved the ample parking spaces offered and how easy it was to find my way around. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the restaurant was very accommodating and the food was fresh.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, so it could get rather warm at times.

The party found that this was one of the best Premier Inns that they have used and were very impressed by the quality of the rooms and the excellent staff and standard of service.

Friendly professional reception staff. Comfy clean bed. Free coffee in the pub.

My husband would have like a biscuit on arrival with his coffee !!!
